How were the beginnings of real estate?
It was an old desire, I started my commercial activity in this field 40 years ago in Guaminí (Buenos Aires), carrying out a couple of auctions of municipal machinery. Then I had a break and in 1998 I settled in Villa La Angostura, resuming real estate activity in 2004.
What are the services you offer to your clients?
We provide sales services, rentals, appraisals and general real estate advice to the public.
How do you project the real estate agency in the medium term?
I plan to continue growing without losing the main objective, which is optimal customer service.
What are your differentials in the sector?
Personalized attention and good customer treatment, from the beginning of the consultation until after the completion of the operation, providing a complete after-sales service. We differ mainly from franchises that open a branch and hire personnel who do not have the basic preparation to dedicate themselves to the field. In the meantime, they are walking but doing great damage to the real estate market where they settle, producing a great deal of property, they go out to attract clients at any price and that is to the total detriment of the market.

If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
I would continue with the same objective, walking slowly and safely, not taking big steps, applying this criterion, things have not gone badly for us, clients are satisfied and recommend us, that is satisfactory for us.
