Ana and Fran have just moved to start living together. But they are not alone. An invisible (or almost invisible) being inhabits the house. And it seems to be not entirely friendly. Are you there? is a comedy and a love story in which what you see is not always exactly what is there. It premiered with the author’s direction in 2004 and at the Cervantes.
In 2005, Daulte staged it again at the Teatro Romea in Barcelona with a Catalan cast. In 2008 she did it again at the Lara in Madrid. In recent years the work has been premiered in Sydney, Mexico, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago de Chile, Caracas and Montevideo.
The new version features performances by Alejandro Ini and Emilse Díaz, original music and stage piano by Rubén Ferrero, percussion by Eduardo Righetti and direction by Daniela Lozano.
