Archer from Tielt gets four years in prison

The man, who was struggling with a drinking problem, hid himself in his home in Stationsstraat. Because he wanted to take his own life, the police came to take a look. But in his house, the resident fired seven arrows at the officers with a bow. They just managed to hide behind a door. A special intervention team eventually had to overpower him. The neighborhood was closed for a while and a school also had to go into lockdown.
