Arafat Abou-Chaker appeals against Bushido

According to the court ruling, Arafat Abou-Chaker is supposed to pay back 1.8 million euros – now this is being resisted.

Is the legal dispute still going on? After the Berlin Regional Court found at the beginning of September 2023 that the clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker was not a manager for Bushido, which is why he granted the rapper a repayment of 1.8 million euros plus interest, Abou-Chaker is now filing an appeal.

Because the clan boss does not agree with the verdict, the case will now be heard in the Berlin Court of Appeal, according to “dpa”. However, there is no new date yet.

In addition to the upcoming appeal process, the part of the feud between the two parties that was fought out in court should soon be over. The final arguments from Bushido and Abou-Chaker’s team are planned for January 2024 and the last day of the trial is scheduled to start on January 26th.
