Mrs FQ (Fleur) Gräper – van Koolwijk will become mayor of the municipality of Tilburg. At the proposal of Minister Rijkaart of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, the Council of Ministers has decided to nominate her for appointment. The appointment takes effect on January 21, 2026.
Mrs Gräper – van Koolwijk (50 years old) is a member of D66. She was State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in the outgoing Rutte IV cabinet. Onno Hoes (VVD) is currently acting mayor of Tilburg.
