In the UEFA Europa Conference League play-off round rematch, Swedish team Djurgarden managed to stay in the groups despite losing 3-2 to Greek Cypriot team APOEL.
Djurgarden faced APOEL away with the advantage of 3-0 in the first match.
APOEL had hopes for the tour with early goals scored by Anton Maglica in the 7th minute and Danny Blum in the 23rd minute.
Responding to the home team’s goals with Elias Andersson in the 68th minute, Djurgarden scored 90+1 with Joel Asoro, although he could not prevent Marquinhos’ goal in the 73rd minute. He ventilated the nets once again in minutes. Although the Swedish representative left the field with a 3-2 defeat, they managed to stay in the groups with a 3-0 advantage in the first match.
