Anu Saagim, known as a model, journalist, media person and beauty salon, turns 60 today, April 9th.
The Estonian-born Saagim became known to Finns as early as the 1990s. Saagim began dating Ristomatti Ratia, known as Marimekko’s heir and designer, in 1990. The duo married four years later in 1994. The duo had their only child together in 1999. Robin-Alexander. The union of Saagim and Ratia ended in 2016.

Saagim is known in the public for, among other things, his outspokenness and courageous openness. She has shuddered several times with her sayings, nudity, and in recent years with her fast-paced relationship patterns.
Saagim has never hesitated to undress in front of the camera. She has served as a model for Playboy magazine, among others, when she was 40 years old. In an interview with Susanne Päivärinna in 2019, she said she had thought about agreeing to Playboy’s pictures for a long time, but today she looks at the pictures proudly.
– Wow, great that I went along, Saagim commented on the pictures.
Saagim has also participated in Finnish TV programs. He has been seen, for example, in the Finnish Celebrity Big Brother presented in 2013. He is remembered for the period of the incident as a rocker Andy McCoyn with. Saagim messed up a painting painted by McCoy, after which the rocker fired so that he was removed from the house.
In 2015, the supplier Maria Veitola Maria Veitola visited Ratia and Saagim during the first season of her program in Yökylä. There was a stir in the program, as Saagim criticized Veitola’s appearance in the episode.
Saagim made his most recent Finnish TV appearance in the 2020 Farmi season. However, Saagim was already knocked out in the first period of the season after losing in a duel to tuber Jaakko Parkkal.
