Haavisto and Flores have a 20-year age difference. It has never caused any problems.
– I have learned a lot from him. There is a strong trust between us and there is no place for jealousy, Flores tells Diario Expreso.
In the interview, Flores is also asked if the couple has considered parenthood, through adoption or other means.
Flores admits that he has thought about it, but busy work and extensive traveling have made it difficult to start a family.
– In recent years, we have reconsidered the matter. However, it is not that easy, says Flores in an interview with Diario Expreso.

– I have decided that if my dream has not come true at the age of 50, then it can remain a dream, Flores said.
Flores turns 46 in July.
The time limit is not only set by Flores himself. In the sixth section of the Adoption Act, it is said that no one over 50 can adopt.
