The season that ended in the Finnish championship was the best in the career of a 26-year-old striker so far: in 55 regular season matches he scored 26 + 35 = 61 and won both the League points and goals exchange. In the playoffs, Levtchi played 14 matches with power points 1 + 9 = 10.
– Anton’s NHL contract is a testament to the player himself and our club, that our daily lives are of such a quality that by committing to it and working hard, results are achieved. Although faith and patience have certainly been tested, Anton is still in the growth phase as a player, and not all the potential has been revealed yet, Tappara’s head coach Jussi Tapola says in the bulletin.
