Vocalist Anssi Kela says on Facebook that he got into collecting. The artist presents Star Wars -subjects to his collection, which has already grown quite large. Kela reasons that it had to From Star Wars a lot already as a child – and even as an adult it has been nice to wax nostalgic about the subject from time to time.
– But something has happened in the last few years: Star Wars has become a hobby for me, Kela writes.
He says that he has watched all the series and animations.
– I started collecting vintage toys, and now I’ve drifted into buying newer toys as well. I read books and watch documentaries about the making of the original trilogy. I delve into the equipment used in them: how did Darth Vader’s helmet change along the way? What about a lightsaber?
– A proper frolic. A nice counterbalance to the sometimes quite boring world travel.
The artist says that for the first time he captured the entire scope of his hobby in a picture.
– That waste has also started to accumulate. For the first time, I decided to collect the whole lot in one picture. I cut out the books and cartoons, but otherwise it shows the whole picture of the disease. It’s stupid to carry around such a piece of junk. But I enjoy them, they bring me joy. So it makes sense!

A few years ago, Kela told about a woman who had been the target of an online scam, and the scammers used the musician’s identity to take advantage of it. In December, the musician became aware of another similar case.
– I now know at least two victims who have gone to pay tens of thousands of euros to these scammers. Who knows how many others have fallen into the same trap — scams are naturally made in the name of many other artists and public figures.
– So be alert! If you have received a private message from me or another public figure as a surprise, it is almost certainly a scam. I never send messages to my followers, and I don’t think any of my colleagues do either, Kela reminded.
