Anry Kleine Deters has been elected D66 party leader for the Provincial Council elections in March next year. She got a majority of the members of D66 Drenthe behind her.
Kleine Deters also pulled the cart four years ago. Then the democrats in Drenthe ended up with two seats. Together with Henk Pragt she represents D66 in the Drenthe parliament.
Kleine Deters has years of experience in local government. She was alderman in Emmen, Westerveld and Assen. Within D66 she held positions in the regional board and the departmental board of Emmen and Southeast Drenthe.
