showbizThe Dutch Anouk (47) gives the yes to her fiancé Dominique on Saturday. The singer has chosen a special location for her wedding, because she is getting married during her own concert on the Malieveld in her hometown The Hague.
47-year-old Anouk told the ‘Jinek’ program in April that she would like to get married during the interlude of her own show. Her boyfriend wanted the largest possible wedding. “And yes, it can’t get any bigger. Of course I was married twice in secret and twice publicly divorced. I thought: I’m going to do that the other way around and then hopefully without a divorce,” the singer explained in the talk show. Visitors to the concert Anouk called on to dress festively. “I’d like it if you came in full uniform.”
The municipality has given the singer permission for her wedding. The Malieveld is therefore a one-time wedding location on Saturday evening. Striking: Anouk will take the surname of Dominique after her marriage: Schemmekes. At his question. “I doubted that, because it was not a surname that I wanted,” said the singer in the NPO3 program ‘Farm of Dorst’. “But I’m just going to do it.”
Anouk proposed to Dominique in 2020, but a wedding was delayed due to the corona pandemic. The singer was previously married to her former manager and Postman frontman Remon Stotijn. With the latter she had three children. She also has two children from later relationships. She had a daughter in 2016 with Dominique, whom she met as her sons’ basketball coach.
