Another unique Belle Époque atmosphere in De Haan during Trammelant
“Trammelant has now become a household name in De Haan and the surrounding area. During this event we go back more than 100 years; it is a true tribute to our movable heritage. The extras who are beautifully dressed strolling through De Haan, the cars of the time driving through the Concession, the various belle époque scenes in Park domain La Potinière,… Everything is unique to see,” says Alderman for Culture and Movable Heritage, Rudi Cattrysse.
De Haan is setting up a collaboration for Trammelant with the festivalradar.be web app. Festivalradar is a mobile website with a map of the event, on which you indicate where you are, and forward this to your friends or family members. The Werchter and Ostend Beach festivals already preceded Trammelant. “With the app you can easily find each other among the tens of thousands of visitors to Trammelant,” says alderman Christine Beirens, who is responsible for ICT, among other things.
