Another Russian major general is said to have been killed at the front in Ukraine. Three of his former subordinates reported this to the Russian section of the British public broadcaster BBC. It would be Kanamat Botashev (63), who served in the air force. The man was officially retired, but was called up again after the start of the invasion.
