A fire raged on the verge on the A28 between Staphorst and Meppel this evening. Due to the fire, the A32 exit towards Meppel has been closed.
The fire was close to where a fire also raged on Monday evening. Straw bales, tractor tires and agricultural plastic, among other things, were set on fire.
The fire brigade is present and has now extinguished the fire. Earlier in the evening there was also a fire on the other side of the highway, towards Staphorst.
