Ronaldo announces in a clip of just over a minutethat Manchester United’s bosses “didn’t really believe” when he told about his little daughter’s illness.
Morgan makes sure and asks if they really didn’t believe.
– They believed, but… It really hurts that they doubted my words.
Ronaldo says that he missed the training season because of his daughter’s health problems.
– We were in the hospital for a week because Bella’s there were big problems. I don’t think it would have been fair to leave the family for the training season.
Bella Esmeralda was born on April 18th. His twin brother died in childbirth.
Ronaldo, 37, has been relegated to a minor role this season. He has been on the pitch in 16 matches and scored three goals.
