Another vehicle lands on the disastrous tracks in Weißensee.
In the morning around 12:20 a.m. there was another interruption to tram traffic at the notorious Berliner Allee/Buschallee construction site when a Skoda driver landed on the tram’s track bed.
The residents are now already thinking about the film “Groundhog Day”. Almost every day, vehicles drive into the track bed and have to be rescued by the BVG and the fire department.
This almost always happens when it gets dark and probably when turning from Buschallee into Berliner Allee. The construction site seems to be too confusing for some road users.
After half an hour, the car was rescued from the track bed with the help of the BVG Unimog. The extent of damage to the underbody must now be determined in a workshop. The police are investigating the new track bed journey.
