A bus has been driving through Een and Een-West since yesterday. Not a bus from Qbuzz or Arriva, but the local bus from the Frisian Opsterland visits the two places in Drenthe.
Thanks to the Neighborhood Bus Association Opsterland, residents of Een and Een-West can now take line 104 and drive through the villages of Tijnje, Terwispel, Gorredijk, Lippenhuizen, Hemrik, Wijnjewoude, Bakkeveen and Haulerwijk.
The initiative to expand the route comes from the drivers of the Opsterland Neighborhood Bus Association themselves. The new bus through Een en Een-West runs four times a day and can take eight people at a time. In any case, the new local bus will pass the bus stop on the Hoofdstraat in Een.
