After many incidents of violence in Berlin’s outdoor pools, a strict admission system should take effect immediately this weekend.
Since Saturday it has been said: No entry without presentation of ID. But this regulation was simply ignored by the staff at the weekend after BZ research in several bathrooms.
Instead, there was another police operation early Sunday evening in the Prinzenbad in Kreuzberg. Two men are said to have gotten into an argument that escalated into a fight, reports the “Tagesspiegel”. Accordingly, a man told the police he was “knocked out”. Bystanders are said to have intervened and participated.
The police took the personal details of those involved. The two men were taken to a hospital for outpatient treatment.
According to the “Tagesspiegel” reports of bodily harm are said to have been made. The bathing operation was not affected by the incident.
