Anonymous calls out: “Pass Russian info through restaurant reviews” | Cyber war Ukraine

Many media outlets in Russia are controlled by the government and therefore do not give a realistic picture of the invasion of Ukraine. For example, by giving a restaurant in Moscow five stars and telling about the war in the text, ordinary Russian citizens can still read what is happening there, says Anonymous.

The idea is now being picked up worldwide. The hackers ask to do this in Russian, and propose a text themselves. Loosely translated, it means: “The food was great! Unfortunately, Putin has spoiled our appetites by invading Ukraine. Resist that dictator, stop killing innocent people. Your government is lying to you. Revolt.”
