How did your project arise?
Isabel: we start almost by chance in 2020; Because I was aware of my first book in Spain. At that time everything was suspended by the pandemic; But I wanted to publish the same. So, I asked my sister Nadia for help and we managed to publish: “The form of hunger.” Proud, I showed my book on social networks and writers from other countries began writing us asking them too. Thus began editorial Annunate by Nadia. Lara was subsequently added with E-Postink editorial and I brought the Editorial projects and Zunzuncito Munay. Thus we form the editorial alliance that today we appoint Annunate Editorial Group.
What are the services they provide?
Nadia: We provide editorial services, we are dedicated to the publication of fiction books, essay, etc. We focus on digital design: e-book, audiobook, podcast and audiovisual; Although we maintain the traditional publication of the physical book on paper, in small runs.
How are they projected in the medium term?
Nadia: We point to innovation, we are currently building our web platform since we aspire in the future to develop the entire online business. Our intention is to connect our writers abroad with the local market.
What differentiates them within the field?
Lara: I think we have a definite design style. Even the writers who approach us do so looking for that style. We rely a lot on the creative team led by Nadia and composed of Alex, Miriany Paula. They use infinities of techniques and concepts that will shape the universe designed for each project.
Mirian is a plastic artist, Alex specializes in digital design and Paula, the smallest of the team intervenes in children’s projects, designing characters. We learn and grow together; For example: Mirian has the experience of showing his work in exhibitions, art galleries and cultural centers; Alex began his editorial path at age 18, as soon as he finished high school, and Paula demonstrated her sharp creativity very early, when she began illustrating the children’s book “Aldo and Lucio” at 9 years.
What are the novelty that the publisher has for these next days?
Nadia: In February we launched the third edition of Cicrea (International Tales and Stories of Editorial Annunate). This year the theme is Spicy Romance. We will be carrying out an activity related to the contest at the 49th International Book Fair of Buenos Aires, we will be sharing the details on our social networks and can find us from April 22 to May 12 at Stand 1400, Yellow Pavilion, the stand of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
