Annimari Korte filed a criminal complaint – Now the police have made their decision

According to Iltalehti, former Finnish record holder in the 100-meter hurdles Annimari Korte35, filed a criminal complaint earlier this year about the writings of a Finnish man on X, i.e. the former Twitter.

The point of the criminal complaint was that the man had commented on Kortett several times in his X-messages. The title of the announcement was defamation.

Now the police have assessed that there is no reason to suspect a crime in the case. Consequently, the matter does not progress, i.e. the police do not start a preliminary investigation.

At the end of August, Korte did not want to comment on the filing of a criminal complaint with Iltalehte.

Korte plans to continue his racing season at the end of September in Italy in the Masters class, i.e. over 35-year-old European Championships.
