Anniek Siegers from Norg is one of the three best flower arrangers in the Netherlands. This was announced tonight in the final of the NK Floral Art in Gorinchem.
The Drenthe florist qualified with eight others for the final battle on the Trendz exhibition floor. Various assignments had to be carried out there. Siegers eventually finished third.
The assignments were definitely none easy. Four tests were designated as ‘surprise tasks’, for which the finalists could not prepare. “Then you really have to wait and see what you get and it is very exciting,” says Siegers, who comes out of the award ceremony cold.
