It was a few tough days for the participants, but all the works of art from the Flower Days in Anna Paulowna and Breezand can be admired since this morning. And that soon attracts many visitors who make a tour on foot, by bicycle or by car along the creations made of hyacinths.
“It’s the first one I’ve seen today and it’s the most beautiful one,” says a man from Anna Paulowna who circles past all the creations on his racing bike. He is standing next to a meter-sized mosaic by skater Irene Schouten.
During the Flower Days there is a big party in Anna Paulowna and Breezand, but it also attracts many tourists from the Netherlands and abroad. Everyone would like to take a snapshot of the creations.
This 68th edition was spectacularly opened on Saturday morning by magician Steven Kazàn and then there were several performances.
