The shooting took place early Sunday evening in Atlanta, after the customer became angry because he didn’t agree with the way his bun was lubricated. The restaurant’s owner, Willie Glenn, told FOX5: “Believe it or not, the argument was over the amount of mayonnaise on his sandwich. The perpetrator let the situation get out of hand and then all hell broke loose.”
An employee present opened fire on the perpetrator, but was unable to hit him, Glenn said. An employee was injured and ended up in hospital where she had to go under the knife. The names of the victims have not been made public, but according to the owner, they are ‘exemplary employees’ who had only been employed for a month.
Glenn wonders what happened to the youth who act like ‘hot heads’. “Everyone wants to carry a gun; everyone wants to scare someone with a weapon. It’s dangerous here,” says Glenn.
