Angelina Koehler, fourth at the European Championships, reached the final over 100 m butterfly at the swimming world championships in Fukuoka.
The 22-year-old from Berlin qualified fifth in the semifinals with a German record of 57.05 seconds for the final on Monday. In the lead-up, Koehler was the third fastest in 57.23 seconds, missing her previous German record by just a hundredth of a second.
