Andreas Herzog becomes assistant coach to Jürgen Klinsmann in South Korea

Like the US team

Andreas Herzog will support Jürgen Klinsmann with the South Korean national team. On Wednesday evening, “Sky” announced, where the former ÖFB record player works as an expert and will therefore remain, that the 54-year-old will start immediately as an assistant coach at the fourth place in the 2002 World Cup. Herzog most recently worked as head coach at FC Admira Wacker Mölding, after relegation from the Bundesliga he left the Südstadt-based team last year.

“I’m really looking forward to the exciting task and working with Jürgen Klinsmann again,” Herzog was quoted as saying on the “Sky” website. Herzog worked with the former German national coach, who was introduced by the South Korean association last week, from 2011 to 2016, when he assisted the ex-Hertha coach with the US national team.
