There is a lot of speculation about what is going on with André van Duin. The TV star himself has announced that he is being blackmailed by someone, but he does not yet want to say by whom and what it is about. However, this tactic is not very useful, says criminal lawyer Job Knoester in Today Inside.

‘It’s stupid’

Job has his doubts about it. “I think it’s very good that he is reporting, because I think if you are blackmailed in that way or in any way: never admit it, report it, only I think it’s strange that he brought it out first . I don’t understand that.”

André only feeds those speculations by, for example, also joining Eva Jinek. “That’s very strange. I think that’s really stupid.”

Drift

Johan Derksen agrees. “Yes, because then the whole of the Netherlands will become curious. It’s called drift these days, isn’t it?”

Wilfred Genee: “No, that’s like a boat sailing away.”

Job: “Threat.”

Johan: “Why can’t you just say blackmail? Then everyone knows what it is.”

Job: “Yes, it’s a different word.”

Pro-active

American connoisseur Raymond Mens does not find André’s tactics so clumsy. “Don’t André make it known to make the piece? Or not? If you proactively announce it, like: I’m being blackmailed, then you can also destroy it, right?

Job then: “Yes, that could have been a reason, I agree with you. That could be.”

Ripped a part

Does René van der Gijp know what this is about? “Now that André van Duin seems… You know, I don’t have it first hand either, but to be blackmailed because he pulled a woman apart. Hahahahahaha.”

Wilfred: “Hahaha. Sorry, I really shouldn’t laugh at this. I thought, what is he going to say. haha. I thought: hey, what is he going to say?”
