André jr. and Roxeanne get nothing after Rachel’s death?

It seems almost certain that André Hazes Jr. and Roxeanne Hazes have been disinherited by their mother Rachel Hazes. Do they really not get a single cent if their mother retires?

André Hazes Jr. and Roxeanne Hazes are so at odds with their infamous mother Rachel Hazes that it is very unlikely that both camps will ever embrace each other again. Last week, during a court case, it happened to become clear that Rachel disinherited her son for a while, so she is really capable of anything. But what about now?

Out the pipe

Has Rachel disinherited both her children now that she is at odds with them? She hints in the Story that she has cut both André and Roxeanne out of her will. And as long as Rachel manages the estate of the late André Hazes, that is of course not good news for the two Hazes descendants.

Will they really be left with nothing if Rachel dies? Yes, says the well-known lawyer Kim Beumer in conversation with the Weekend. In principle, Roxeanne and André would each inherit half of their mother’s estate. “But once she disinherits the children, they are no longer heirs.”

Child’s share

They can still claim the legitimate portion, according to Kim. “That is the child’s share, half of your normal inheritance. Normally they would be entitled to half, but in the event of disinheritance it is half of half. This means: 25 percent per person and only a monetary claim on the estate.”

So the tanning bed does not go to André and Rox. “If they are disinherited, they will not receive any goods or possessions from Rachel.”
