André Hazes Jr. tries to get out of his comeback at Holland Zingt Hazes. He does not feel like confronting his mother Rachel Hazes. That says private boss Evert Santegoeds.
It must be the big comeback of André Hazes Jr. on stage: the concert series Holland Zingt Hazes. His return to this event was announced in the summer when his sister Roxeanne Hazes withdrew because of the argument with mater familias Rachel Hazes. Now André also seems to be at odds with his mother.
Will André stop HZH?
Weekblad Privé now firmly claims that André is also trying to get out of the concert series. The rumor is even on the cover of the magazine this week. “Currently, the most famous widow in the Netherlands has no contact at all with her son and daughter at the same time,” reads the latest edition.
“According to rumors, it could have far-reaching consequences for the Holland Zingt Hazes concerts. André would refuse – contract or not – to come if he had the chance to bump into his mother behind the scenes of the music spectacle.”
Rachel denies
Hazologist Yvonne Coldeweijer states that André is angry with his mother, because he would suspect her of leaking his break up letter to Sarah van Soelen. Rachel herself denies that and she has even filed a lawsuit against Yvonne, which will be served after the weekend. “She is trying to save the case,” Private concludes.
André and Rachel were very good with each other for a long time last year, but according to a Private source, things went wrong when his contact with Monique Westenberg became closer again. “Rachel went back to being the person she was when the first fight between her and André started. She arranged for Monique to get bad news again.”
Drop
What was the drop? The good thing about that break-up letter, according to the Private source. “André would suspect his mother, who firmly denies that letter juice channels to have leaked. A huge argument would have arisen about this, after which André has indicated that he never wants to have anything to do with his mother again.”
And that is of course difficult if you perform at the event where Rachel has a big finger in the pie. “Obviously André signed a binding contract, but (…) the situation is completely different now.”
What does Evert say?
Evert Santegoeds, the editor-in-chief of Privé, fills in his podcast to: “André is very anxious to meet his mother there. The rumors are very strong that he wants nothing to do with Rachel for a while, so yes… He is trying to get out of that according to our sources.”
He continues: “There is a bulky contract on the table that he must adhere to, but yes… MediaLane assumes that he will just be on the podium, while there are rumors that he wants to postpone that comeback for a while, although it is just so as not to come face to face with Rachel in the hallway.”
