It is still unclear what the reason for the argument between André Hazes Jr. and Rachel Hazes is. Was it that leaked letter to Sarah van Soelen? “I heard something different…”
André Hazes Jr. and his infamous mother Rachel have been at odds with each other for almost a year now. For a moment it seemed that his leaked letter to Sarah van Soelen was the reason for the argument, but Rachel denied that and even took Yvonne Coldeweijer to court for it. “I said that’s why,” the juice queen says now.
Full frontal
It seems that something else is going on, says Yvonne in her podcast The Juice Show. “I now know that it is probably due to something else that happened at the same time. I heard, at the time actually, after the case, but I heard that the argument is actually because… Do you remember Sarah Saal? The second Sarah.”
She continues: “Isn’t she on holiday with him or something? And then I had that first video of it, on that plane. Then a spy really had them full frontal filmed in their faces on the plane. So now I think Story of Privé was waiting for him at the airport when he came back.”

Yvonne had the scoop on his new lover. “And he came back and then a photographer met him at Schiphol, at the VIP, and they posted the photo of it and André found out that his mother had called the Story that he would arrive there. And that’s why they got into a fight, so I guess that’s it.”
Co-host Mark Koster is stunned: “Why is that mother calling about that? Can you just try to get into that woman’s brain? It’s difficult, we’re getting into a very dark area. Why would a mother do that about her son?”
A bit shocking
Yvonne knows. “Because they all actually want this life. And I think Rachel just thinks: that’s useful, that’s good, he should be in the media. And that’s actually what André wants too. Only I think he is shocked that his mother completely passes him by and doesn’t discuss it or anything and just calls. Of course it is shocking.”
Mark: “But you can, I’m going to ask you something very strange now, you could actually kick women out of their motherhood. That doesn’t exist, but when you hear it like this… Isn’t this such degenerate behavior? How far have you sunk?”
‘This is normal’
She probably doesn’t think so, says Yvonne. “Yes, this is normal. This is normal for them. I think he’s seen this kind of behavior many, many times before. But at a certain point, yes, then you grow up and then you think… You know, how as a child you think that your parents really are the most fantastic heroes ever and later sees that they are just people.”
“And that’s not a bad thing at all,” she continues. “But then you also see their mistakes and their little things. And then I think at some point he thought: that’s not possible at all, is it? I think Rachel has been doing this for him all her life. I don’t think it was a new development or anything.”
Brat
André has announced that the argument with Rachel will be included in the sequel of his documentary. “That brat has figured it out, right? He knows. His mother scores, he doesn’t. So what will he do? So he is going to mention his mother in his documentary and he is going to milk his argument with his mother. Because he doesn’t want to milk that from a stranger.”
She concludes: “He got that right. He thinks: if I am no longer relevant and my relationships are no longer relevant, then I will take my mother. Like this! This is as low as what Rachel herself does!”
