At most once every ten years, a real Van Gogh is recognized somewhere in the world. The chance that Ghent residents Lore and Hannes belong to that select circle is small. And yet the couple from the Rabotwijk like to believe that an authentic self-portrait of the Dutch master hangs in their terraced house. “There will be clarity soon,” says Hannes.
