The fact that the Russians are suddenly firing rockets at Kiev again does not mean that they now want to conquer the Ukrainian capital again. They’re just trying to impose their terms on the West. Letting that happen isn’t very wise. Because then we will have to swallow the calamity — and the cost — later on.
