Anadolu Efes defeated Fenerbahçe Beko 91-71 in the derby played in the 19th week of the ING Basketball Super League.
With this result, Anadolu Efes, missing one game, got their 14th victory in the league. Fenerbahce Beko suffered its 4th defeat.
Starting the game well, Anadolu Efes was ahead 11-4 in the 5th minute with baskets from long range. Fenerbahce Beko, who recovered after this episode and caught a 9-0 series, gained a 2-point advantage in the 7th minute: 11-13. The yellow-dark blue team, who played better in the last part where the score advantage changed hands many times, finished the first period ahead 24-20, in which Henry contributed 15 points.
Anadolu Efes, who scored 4 hits in a row from outside shots in the second quarter, turned the score in their favor and got a 6-point lead in the 14th minute: 32-26. Responding to Fenerbahce Beko, who was effective in the attack with Guduric’s points, with Micic’s scorer, the navy-white team went 47-41 in the locker room.
