Actor Chris Hemsworth discovered that he is a carrier of the Alzheimer’s gene and adjusts his lifestyle to reduce the risk of the disease. “What you eat or drink effectively influences the development of dementia,” says Jan Steyaert, scientific assistant at Dementie Vlaanderen.
