Actress who appeared in the British series Hollyoaks and Emmerdale Michael Barron died at the age of 38 from a wild sex trick. Grindr date accidentally strangled her to death during extreme sex act, reports say The Sun and Daily Mail.
Barron, who belonged to the BDSM community, went to his like-minded date in Manchester after messaging. In a meeting, a dating friend Josh Baxter tied him with a rope and strangled him for at least half an hour. The actor died of a heart attack due to lack of oxygen.
Instead of immediately calling 911, the Grindr date started searching the internet for information about whether she should go to jail for what happened, and left her house to get take away food.
The actor’s death happened already in January 2025, but the matter has recently been discussed in court. Baxter received a four-year prison sentence for intentional suffocation and causing grievous bodily harm. Manslaughter charges were dismissed.
