An easy dough that works with all berries

An easy berry pie tastes good on a summer coffee table.

A simple dough works for all berries, and it doesn’t take long to bake, because the dough ingredients are just mixed together.

Easy berry pie

2 eggs

2 dl sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

3.5 dl wheat flour

1.5 teaspoons of baking powder

1.5 dl of milk

150 g of melted margarine

4–6 dl berries

1. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. In another bowl, mix wheat flour and baking powder together. Add the flour mixture and the rest of the ingredients to the dough and mix until smooth.

3. Pour the dough into a breadcrumbed (diameter 27 cm) pie tin.

4. Add the berries on top.

5. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
