An easy and delicious chocolate cake with two ingredients

Only chocolate and eggs. It contains the ingredients of a tasty chocolate cake.

How is a delicious cake made only from chocolate and eggs? I had to find out, so Pippuri.fi’s delivery decided to test two raw chocolate cakes.

There are a large number of two-ingredient chocolate cake recipes available online. This time the cake was baked according to Fazer’s instructions.

The chocolate can be either milk or dark chocolate. The test cake contained milk chocolate.

The cake became succulent and tasty. It didn’t rise quite as much as it would have been desirable, but it didn’t bother the taste.

Two-ingredient chocolate cake

200 g chocolate (milk or dark)

3 eggs

1. Line a small cake pan with baking paper. If desired, you can grease the paper. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

2. Carefully melt the chocolate in the microwave or steam in a saucepan. Allow the chocolate to cool to room temperature.

3. Separate proteins and yolks. Whisk the proteins to a stiff foam.

4. Add the yolks one by one to the melted chocolate at room temperature and mix by hand.

5. Add one-third of the protein foam to the chocolate mass and whisk until smooth (no care is needed to lower the foam during the first addition).

6. Then use the arrow to gently mix the rest of the protein foam into the cake batter. Pour the dough into a pan and level the surface.

7. Bake the cake in the oven until it is cooked, about 13 minutes. Allow the cake to set and lift it onto a serving tray. Serve the cake warm.
