Ex-wife claims football star Gianluigi Buffon47, who played the role of father with few responsibilities.
Buffon and model Alena Seredovan the marriage ended in betrayal in 2014, when the world champion goalkeeper found a TV presenter by his side Ilaria D’Amicon.
Buffon and Seredova have two sons from their union, Louis and David Lee, who remained with their mother after the divorce.
– He didn’t mind at all that I kept them. And they are still with me. He sees them once in two or three months, Seredova explains in a Czech podcast, which Sportovy website cites.
– I see it in the way that if someone doesn’t want or enjoy it, maybe this arrangement is a better option.
According to Seredova, Buffon was rarely seen even when the family was still together.
Over the years, the distance between 17-year-old Louis and David Lee, who is a year younger, has warmed up a bit.
– Now he at least talks to the boys when they have grown up. But family life wasn’t his thing. When you’re an elite athlete, you need to focus and get enough sleep. I don’t think he enjoyed small children very much at the time.
Seredova is now married to a member of the Agnelli family Alessandro Nasin with.
Buffon, who played a record 1,100 professional matches, ended his football career in Parma in 2023. The goalkeeper who achieved legendary fame at Juventus saved Italy from becoming world champions in the 2006 World Cup.
