Things went wrong this afternoon during a wild ride with an electric city cart on the Amsterdam Leliesluis. Images sent to media partner AT5 show how the driver of an electric moped runs over a man and runs over his legs. He then crashes into a cyclist before taking off at full speed.

Miraculously, no one was injured during the crazy ride. The two victims have filed a report. The Amsterdam police announce that they have arrested a 40-year-old man from Amsterdam.

Preliminary argument

According to the bystander who made the video, the incident was preceded by an argument between the driver and the man who was run over his legs. The latter would have previously collided with the car with his bicycle. The bystander says that just before the collision the driver shouted very loudly: “You destroyed my car“, in other words: you broke my car.
