Amsterdam Pirates has left no stone unturned for Storks in the Dutch big league. In three games, the team from Amsterdam gave up only two points. Thursday was won 13-1, yesterday 11-1 and today 9-0. The team of coach Ronald Jaarsma therefore continues to follow in the footsteps of league-leader HCAW.
The HCAW train keeps on rumbling. The baseball players from Bussum slaughtered Quick 12-0 today and were too strong earlier this week with 6-2 and 6-1. RCH this week lost its first two games to Twins Oosterhout, but today won 3-2. Hoofddorp Pioniers had very little to contribute in all three games against Neptunus.
In the big league, HCAW takes the lead and is still without a loss after nine games. Amsterdam Pirates follows with three points less. RCH is in fifth place with eight points from nine games. DSS/Kinheim, which didn’t play this week, is bottom and is still scoreless.
