Security forces worldwide are increasingly using rubber and plastic bullets to violently suppress peaceful protests. Dozens of people died and thousands of people were maimed as a result. This is according to a report by Amnesty International. The human rights organization is calling for a global treaty to regulate the trade in rubber bullets.
