Amine Harit is leaving Schalke and moving to Olympique Marseille

After 2 consecutive loans

After two consecutive loans to Olympique Marseille, Amine Harit is leaving FC Schalke 04 for good and moving permanently to the French first division club. On Saturday, both clubs announced the transfer, which had seemed fixed for a long time. According to reports, Harit has a purchase obligation of 5 million euros, which was activated with the 15th mission last season.

“We are pleased that all contractual conditions have now officially been met. We wish Amine all the best and every success for his future in France – both sportingly and privately,” said S04 sporting director André Hechelmann. Harit played 16 games in all competitions, in which he scored one goal and three assists. Due to a cruciate ligament injury, he was no longer able to participate from the end of December. The Moroccan international joined S04 in 2017 for €8m and made a total of 119 appearances (13 goals/23 assists) for the Royal Blues.
