An American won the second highest jackpot ever last night: with the winning ticket of the Powerball lottery he or she cashed in no less than 1.73 billion dollars (1.63 billion euros). The lucky winner has not yet been announced. The lot was sold in a neighborhood supermarket in a Californian village.
