A 24-year-old man has been arrested in North Carolina after shooting a 6-year-old girl and her parents. The suspect would have become furious after a ball, which some children in the neighborhood were playing with, rolled into his garden. The man in his twenties started shouting hysterically at the children and opened fire moments later.
