I’m happy to be here. Transfer negotiations took a long time, but the important thing is to be here after all. I am happy to wear Beşiktaş jersey. One of the most important moments of my childhood that I can remember is the 2002 World Cup. At that time, I had the opportunity to watch the Brazilian national team and Ronaldo. I even cut my hair just like him. If I am playing football today, I can say that I owe it to Brazil and Ronaldo.
Four years ago, when we were playing in Rostov, we went camping in Marbella, Spain. We were staying in the same hotel as the Liverpool team. “Who can I take a picture with?” I thought and looked at the list of people who came to the camp. My former coach has played me in almost every position, and in all of them I have been successful in doing what he wanted. It’s a bit difficult to explain this situation, but I think one of the most important things is that I try hard for the team and do my best.
“THE SIMILARITY BETWEEN LANGUAGES”
I think my adaptation process will be fast because the mentality of both peoples is very similar. For example, our people also love to drink tea. Not only that, there are also similarities between languages. Therefore, I think it will not take long to adapt here. I can say that I can do my best on the field. I will always be on the field to give my 100 percent. Since I am a versatile player, I will fight hard wherever our coach wants to evaluate me.

My goal is to become a champion with Beşiktaş jersey. As a team, our most important goal should be to become the champion. I want to be a champion and play in the Champions League. I’m sending a message to our fans that I will do my best for the team and fight to the end for this crest.”
