Amazon recently invested $4 billion in the AI company Anthropic, which is working on chatbot Claude. Amazon has already gained experience with so-called Large Language Models (LLMs), but is convinced that business customers want access to the best performing models. LLMs are the underlying technology for processing data on a large scale. Training larger AI models is more expensive due to the amount of computing power required.
