The Italian fashion label CP Company is expanding its range with the children’s fashion line “CP Company Undersixteen”. Tristate International SA, the parent company of the brand, has signed a long-term license agreement with the Italian kidswear specialist Altana for this purpose, the company announced on Monday.
As part of the agreement, which begins with the spring/summer 2024 season, Altana Group will develop and produce the CP Company Undersixteen collections and handle global distribution. The partnership has “great strategic value” for the sportswear label, founded in 1971, as it “enables the brand to develop a collection aimed at the younger target group while keeping the corporate image as coherent as possible,” explained CP Company in a Communication.
“It is a real honor and privilege to embark on this journey with Altana Group, whose exceptional product quality, production capacity and ethical and responsible corporate footprint I have admired,” said Lorenzo Osti, CP Company’s President and General Manager, in one statements. “I’m sure they will be excellent partners in bringing the brand closer to our younger customers.”
