Vice champion Paris St. Germain is marching towards the tenth championship thanks to an outstanding Kylian Mbappé in the French Ligue 1.
The star ensemble from the capital won at the end of the 30th matchday against FC Lorient 5:1 (2:0) and thus consolidated the lead in the table. With eight games to go, PSG are already twelve points ahead of their closest rival Olympique Marseille (56).
Mbappé was the outstanding player with two goals (28th/67th) and three assists. Neymar (12th/90th) and Lionel Messi (73rd) also scored for PSG.
Terem Moffi (56th) only scored the goal for Lorient after a Paris defensive error. The German national player Thilo Kehrer came on in the 80th minute, Julian Draxler was not in the squad.
