The identity of the only American victim of the deadly tram crash in Lisbon has been announced. These are Heather Hall, a teacher at the Hogeschool and a mother of two. “She wanted her children to fully enjoy their lives,” says her family. In addition to Heather, fifteen others were killed in the terrible accident.
